Your ESG data, built continuously.

DigiNest turns the energy and carbon data your building already produces into audit-ready evidence, automatically, so disclosure is a download rather than a project reconstructed from spreadsheets.

Arva builds your ESG evidence while the building runs not after the year ends.

Reconstructing a year of carbon and energy data from disconnected spreadsheets is slow, error-prone, and difficult to assure. By the time the report lands, the data is stale and the gaps are hard to explain to auditors.

Arva collects and structures evidence continuously, so when a disclosure deadline arrives, it is a download not a project.

How DigiNest does it

  • Live carbon accounting

Scope 1 and 2 emissions tracked from real energy data as the building runs.

  • Framework mapping

The numbers your auditors and investors expect, exported in the formats they use.

  • Proof of trajectory

Historical trends show the direction of travel: the improvement story that regulators and capital allocators reward.

From live energy data to audit-ready evidence.

What DigiNest collects and how

ESG reporting starts with metering. DigiNest connects to your building's electrical submeters, gas meters, water meters, and energy management systems over BACnet, Modbus, and REST APIs. Every kilowatt-hour is time-stamped, attributed to a building, floor, or zone, and stored in an immutable audit log. Scope 1 emissions are derived from on-site fuel consumption. Scope 2 emissions are calculated from purchased electricity using the applicable grid emission factor updated automatically as factors change. Nothing is estimated or reconstructed at year-end; the data exists because it was recorded while the building ran.

Framework mapping and export

The same underlying metered data is structured differently for each disclosure framework. A GRESB submission requires energy intensity per gross floor area in GJ/m². BRSR Core demands unit-level absolute consumption figures. CSRD/ESRS requires double-materiality alignment and a narrative on climate risk. DigiNest's framework-mapping layer transforms the metered record into the format each framework expects so the same dataset drives multiple submissions simultaneously, without rebuilding the numbers for each one. Export generates the spreadsheets, CSVs, or XML packages that auditors accept.

What Arva contributes beyond recording

Beyond collecting and formatting data, Arva actively improves the numbers being reported. Every energy reduction Arva achieves through real-time optimization adjusting HVAC setpoints, shifting loads, reducing peak demand flows directly into the carbon record. The emissions trajectory your ESG report shows is not just a measurement; it is evidence that the building is actively improving. Arva's action log provides the audit trail that investors increasingly request: not just what was emitted, but what was done to reduce it, with a timestamp on every intervention.

The audit trail your stakeholders need

ESG auditors do not just want totals they want evidence of methodology. DigiNest maintains a complete chain of custody from raw meter reading to reported figure: every data transformation, every emission factor applied, every boundary decision documented and timestamped. When an auditor queries a number, the answer is a link to the specific reading and the calculation that produced it. This level of traceability supports third-party assurance and the "reasonable assurance" standard that frameworks such as CSRD are moving towards. Not sure which frameworks apply to your portfolio? Frequently asked.

How does DigiNest help with ESG reporting?

It converts live building energy and carbon data into audit-ready reports mapped to frameworks such as GRESB, BRSR, and CSRD: continuously, so the data is ready when you need it.

Which emissions does DigiNest track?

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, derived from real energy data as the building operates, rather than from annual estimates.

Does DigiNest guarantee compliance with a specific regulation?

DigiNest provides the data and framework-mapped reporting that support compliance. Specific regulatory obligations depend on your jurisdiction and circumstances; verify current requirements with the relevant authority or your advisors.
