DigiNest is built on a simple conviction: a building is not a machine to be monitored. It is a living home to be cared for. Everything we make follows from that idea.
Why "DigiNest"
The name joins Digi (digital intelligence) with Nest, the oldest symbol of shelter, warmth, and a place worth protecting. The promise is that a building should quietly watch over everything inside it, the way a nest holds what matters.
The brand's color is a deliberate choice: a warm burnt orange, set against the cold blues and teals of conventional building-management software. Orange is the warmth of an inhabited space: daylight, terracotta architecture, energy itself. It says this is a building with people in it, not a dashboard of cold data.
Why "Arva"
Arva is the autonomous agent that lives inside the nest. The name is short and human, the way you would address a trusted colleague, not a system. It carries an echo of growth and stewardship: something alive that tends and acts.
That is exactly Arva's role. It observes the building, decides, and acts, never just an alarm. Arva's color is living green, and across DigiNest green means one thing only: savings, sustainability, and outcomes delivered.
Four convictions.
A building should care for its occupants: their comfort, their health, their focus.
Intelligence should act, not just observe. Monitoring is the floor, not the goal.
Autonomy must be earned and governed. Trust is built through limits, transparency, and proof.

DigiNest was co-founded by engineers and operators with direct backgrounds in building management systems, industrial IoT, and enterprise platform development. The company is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, with a focus on commercial real estate and institutional buildings across India.
